Let’s start with a basic fact, namely that 1 bar= 10 meters:
- Water resistant watches can resist at a maximum pressure of 2/3 bar, which correspond to 20/30 meters;
- Waterproof watches can resist to a pressure at least of 10 bar, which correspond to 100 meters
